Now, and habits. veux covers both "I want" and "I am wanting" — French has no separate continuous form.
A completed past action. avoir conjugates and voulu does not — ai voulu.
An ongoing or habitual past. Built on the nous-present stem, so voulons gives you voulais.
About to happen. aller conjugates; vouloir never moves — the easier future to produce under pressure.
Will happen. Built on voudr- — not the infinitive vouloir. The conditional reuses this stem.

What this table tells you about vouloir
The past participle is voulu, and it takes avoir in the passé composé — so it never changes shape, whoever the subject is. No agreement to remember here.
The futur simple is built on voudr-, which is not the infinitive vouloir. This stem has to be learned, and it is the same one the conditional uses later.
In the present, je, tu and il/elle are one sound: veux, veut — indistinguishable spoken. Only nous, vous and ils/elles carry an audible ending.
The imparfait is built on the nous-present stem, so once you know voulons you already know voulais, voulait and voulaient. Futur proche keeps vouloir untouched.
Worth knowing about vouloir
Vouloir bien (e.g., 'Je veux bien') means to be willing or to agree, contrasting sharply with plain vouloir (to want). This phrase appears constantly in polite speech and misunderstanding it can lead to tonal mismatches in French communication.
No form irregularities beyond those covered by the facts card.
Je veux bien vous aider.
